Prepare the conversation before the appointment
Choose a primary elevation and a base design that fits the customer’s stated scope. Prepare one or two alternatives with clear names. Too many nearly identical images make the customer work out the differences instead of helping them make a decision.
Open your project in the browser while you have a reliable connection. Check that the source image and selected versions load. RendrPro is a cloud browser workflow; do not assume that an open tab guarantees offline access. If connectivity may be poor, prepare appropriate downloaded visuals beforehand.
Show the property, then the proposed change
Start with the original property photo so the homeowner is oriented. Explain the base option in a sentence: which rooflines, which trees and which decorations. Then reveal the design or rendering. Give the customer time to look before adding more detail.
Use landscape orientation when the property is wide. Keep the screen at a comfortable distance and check glare. Move into shade if the customer cannot distinguish the colors. A technically correct image has little value if neither person can see it clearly.
Compare alternatives one decision at a time
Name the actual difference between versions. “This adds the front tree” is more useful than “Here is option two.” Keep unchanged parts consistent so the customer can focus on scope, color or density.
In Customer Presentation, use the saved designs and render versions relevant to the conversation. Keep unrelated customer notes and account administration out of the presentation. If a customer requests a material change, record it and save a revised design rather than promising that the current image already represents it.
Close with a documented next step
Confirm which version should accompany the quote. Restate its included scope and identify anything still subject to a site check. Send the selected export through your normal proposal process, with the same version name or description.
A visualization supports a decision; it does not replace a written price, contract, installation assessment or schedule. Keep these separate and consistent. After the meeting, reopen the project and verify that the saved option is the one the customer selected.
