1. About these Terms
These Terms describe your use of RendrPro (“RendrPro,” “we,” “us”), including our website, contractor workspace, design tools, renderings and customer presentation features. Read them together with our Privacy Policy and any specific terms presented for a feature or purchase. Contact admin@rendrpro.com with questions before using a feature you do not understand.
RendrPro is a visual sales and design platform for lighting professionals. It does not provide installation, engineering, electrical, legal or other professional advice. You are responsible for deciding whether the service and its outputs are suitable for your work.
2. Eligibility and your account
Use the service only if you can enter into an agreement under applicable law. If you act for a company or other organization, you must have authority to do so. Provide accurate registration information, complete required email verification, and keep your account details current.
Protect your credentials and recovery email, use your own authorized account, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not share credentials to bypass user limits, impersonate someone else or obtain access to a workspace without permission.
3. Organizations and authorized users
Personal and company workspaces have different roles and access controls. Company managers and other authorized administrators can manage membership and access as supported by the application. Company projects, branding and shared credits may be accessible to other authorized people in that organization.
Your organization is responsible for authorizing its users and for its handling of customer information. Leaving an organization or losing access does not necessarily delete its projects or records. Resolve questions about company-controlled content with the appropriate manager, or contact RendrPro for help.
4. Acceptable use
Use RendrPro lawfully and respect the rights of homeowners, customers and other people. Do not submit unlawful, infringing or harmful content; introduce malicious code; interfere with the service; attempt to defeat authentication, workspace permissions, credit controls or usage limits; or access data belonging to another customer without authorization.
Do not misrepresent a generated visualization as a photograph of completed installation work. Do not remove branding contrary to the output options available to your plan, or exploit complimentary allocations through fraudulent accounts. Use exported visuals responsibly and comply with any rights attached to products, trademarks or materials shown in them.
5. Photographs and other submitted content
You retain the rights you already hold in photographs, logos, project information, designs and other materials you submit. You are responsible for having the permissions needed to upload, process and share those materials, including permission to use customer or property photographs. Avoid including unnecessary personal or sensitive information.
You authorize RendrPro and the service providers operating the platform to host, store, copy, transform, transmit and display your submitted content as needed to provide requested features, maintain and secure the service, troubleshoot problems and respond to your support requests. This permission includes image normalization, rendering, corrections, authorized workspace access, downloads and presentation. It is limited to those purposes and does not transfer ownership of your original content to RendrPro. Retention and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Manual Design Studio
Manual Studio lets you place supported lighting and decorative products on a property photograph. Manual design itself does not consume Rendr Credits. Current free access includes the manual Design Studio and platform access; individual features and output options depend on the account and plan shown in the application.
A visual layout is not a measurement, installation plan, electrical specification or proof that a product can safely be installed. Confirm dimensions, materials, quantities, mounting methods, power requirements, permits and site conditions independently. Features described as in development are not currently available unless the application expressly makes them available.
7. AI renderings and output limitations
Rendering and correction features process relevant photographs and design instructions through AI services. Outputs can contain errors, omissions, unexpected changes or unrealistic details, and repeated requests can produce different results. Review each result before downloading, presenting, quoting or relying on it.
RendrPro does not promise that an output is accurate, unique, exclusive, free of third-party rights or eligible for copyright protection. Rights in generated material depend on applicable law, rights in the inputs and relevant provider terms. We do not represent that the platform can grant rights owned by someone else. Use only the download, branding and presentation options available to your account.
8. Rendr Credits and complimentary access
Rendr Credits are the platform units used for AI generations and AI edits/corrections. One generation or one edit/correction uses one Rendr Credit under the current product rules. The application checks available credits and processes credit reservations and consumption as part of the rendering workflow. Review your account balance and operation details before submitting work.
Existing complimentary credits and account entitlements remain subject to the terms under which they were granted. New access is by invitation; booking a walkthrough or submitting an application does not create an account, start a trial or grant credits. Complimentary credits are distinct from paid allocations. Contact support about a specific disputed rendering operation.
9. Plans and purchases
Existing Free, Pay As You Go, Pro and Company Pro accounts are managed in the authenticated application. Pro and Company Pro are annual plan concepts; Company Pro includes shared workspace features and plan-specific user and credit allowances. Paid features and branding depend on the entitlements active for your account. Public acquisition changes do not cancel existing memberships.
Check the price, allocation and purchase-specific terms displayed before authorizing a payment. The terms presented for that purchase, together with applicable law, govern its billing, renewal, cancellation, refund and credit conditions. Ask support before purchasing if any condition is unclear. Founders Pricing describes the currently offered pricing and is not a promise of a permanent renewal rate.
10. RendrPro software and branding
The RendrPro platform, software, interfaces and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Permission to use the service does not transfer ownership of the platform or its underlying technology. Your rights in your submitted content remain as described above.
Third-party products, names, imagery and services retain their respective rights. A comparison, reference or link does not imply endorsement or affiliation. Feedback and feature requests may help us improve the product, but submitting a suggestion does not guarantee implementation, timing or compensation.
11. Third-party services
RendrPro relies on providers for web hosting, authentication, database and image storage, rendering infrastructure and AI processing. Features can be affected by their availability, usage limits, safety checks or other operating requirements. Our Privacy Policy describes the current providers and relevant data flows.
Links to external resources and any separately offered third-party products have their own terms and privacy practices. Review those terms when you choose to use them. RendrPro does not control external websites or guarantee their content.
12. Availability and changes
The service may be interrupted by maintenance, technical failures, security work, capacity limits or provider issues. Rendering time and successful generation are not guaranteed. Keep appropriate copies of important exported work; the workspace is not a substitute for your business records or backup process.
Features may change as the product develops. Do not make a purchase or customer commitment solely in reliance on a projected feature or delivery date. Any specific commitments in your applicable purchase terms and any non-waivable legal rights continue to apply.
13. Access restrictions and termination
Access may be restricted or suspended to address unauthorized use, security incidents, violations of these Terms or legal requirements. Organization administrators can also change access within their authorized roles. You may stop using the service and contact support about account closure or a data request.
Suspension, stopping use and account deletion are different actions. None should be assumed to automatically cancel a payment arrangement, delete an organization's records or settle a credit dispute. Contact support about the applicable account and purchase terms. Data handling after access ends is explained in the Privacy Policy.
14. Responsibility and legal protections
The platform provides visualization tools, not a guarantee of installation results, sales, profitability or fitness for a particular project. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs, your customer representations and the work you perform. Report suspected defects or rights issues so we can investigate.
Responsibility for losses and any available remedies are governed by applicable law and any valid purchase-specific terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or a warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes non-waivable consumer rights.
15. Governing law, updates and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States, subject to any mandatory law that applies to you. This provision does not establish an exclusive court venue or waive rights that cannot be waived.
We may update these Terms as the service or applicable requirements change. The date on this page identifies the latest version. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law. For service, account or Terms questions, contact admin@rendrpro.com.
Google Maps features
RendrPro includes Google address suggestions and optional Street View. Use of these features and their content is subject to the current Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
