Request an invitation
Book a personal walkthrough or submit a contractor application. Approved users receive a secure invitation to set up their account. Follow the invitation email rather than creating a separate account.
Already have an account or a pending email confirmation? Continue using your existing login or confirmation link. The invitation-only acquisition process does not remove existing memberships or credits.
Create a project and add a photo
Open Projects and choose New project. Give it a recognizable name. Add only the customer information you need, then upload the property photo from the project’s Design Studio tab. A project can contain multiple property photos.
Use a clear supported image from your device. The upload pipeline normalizes photos for rendering. If an image format is rejected, export a JPEG or PNG. Review orientation and framing before designing.
Open Studio
Open the photo and create or reopen a saved design. Manual designing does not consume credits. Save your layout before requesting a photorealistic render.
